Luca Caspari is the Co-Founder of YARD and the designated CEO. Luca focuses on building a simple, trusted, and frictionless way for people to connect with what they care about across communication boundaries.

Before YARD, Luca built experience across entrepreneurship, venture building, and growth focused execution, working closely with founders, investors, and operating teams. Luca has been involved from early company setup through scaling phases, with hands-on work across product direction, partnerships, financing, and long-term strategy.

After a professional chapter as a racing driver, Luca studied Economics and Business in Amsterdam and Hamburg. Luca later joined management consulting, leading strategy and transformation work across multiple industries, and then moved deeper into the startup ecosystem. Luca later founded a venture and advisory business.

Luca is based between Berlin and Switzerland, where he wants to turn his experiences and vision for YARD into an operating platform.
