Right of Withdrawal (For Private Consumers)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract for paid services within fourteen days without giving any reason, provided it is a distance contract and no statutory exclusion of the right of withdrawal applies.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform YARD of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example, by email. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired. Territorial Scope of the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers with their habitual residence in a member state of the European Union or the European Economic Area (EEA), insofar as this is required by law under the applicable mandatory consumer protection regulations.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice. We will use the same payment method for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
