The 5ht iteration of our 5-HT Innovators Club will be focusing on Lab Digitalization and Automation. It is hosted in cooperation with Prof. Dr. Stefan Bräse (Institute of Organic Chemistry and Institute of Biological and Chemical Systems – Functional Molecular Systems) at the ZEISS Innovation Hub at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).

As a special highlight of the event, we will have the exclusive opportunity to visit the ChemASAP facility, one of the world's most modern infrastructures for automated process control in chemistry. KIT is building this plant together with BASF SE. ChemASAP is a Materials Acceleration Platform (MAP) of the KIT for the synthesis and characterization of chemical substances that are used in various applications from biology to materials science.

We will also be able to exclusively visit the soon-to-be-merged BioMaterials (Bio.MAT) and Tissue & Organoids (Bio.LAB) self-driving labs at the ZEISS Innovation Hub. Bio.MAT is a central platform for training data sets for the autonomous discovery of biomaterials, in particular for printable bioinks, Bio.LAB is an automated platform for the cultivation and differentiation of induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) to 3D tissues.

The 5-HT Innovators Club is an exclusive event for the 5-HT corporate community. It combines keynotes and workshop elements and offers plenty of space for exchanging best practices, success stories, use cases and expert talks. Startups also present innovative solutions and use cases.

5-HT offers an ecosystem to connect these dimensions. With the Innovators Club, we want to drive innovation and strengthen the exchange in the development and implementation of digital solutions for the chemical, health & sustainability sectors.
