Web3 Talents: Your Fully Online Journey into the Decentralized Future

Web3 Talents is a 20-week, part-time online educational program designed to help participants build careers in Web3 and blockchain technologies. The curriculum focuses on practical learning by doing and covers foundational topics in decentralization, cryptography, ledger architectures, smart contracts, and future applications of blockchain. Throughout the program, participants engage with expert speakers, collaborate with peers, and develop skills in explaining complex concepts clearly. The program is hosted by TUM Blockchain Club and aims to educate, connect, and empower learners from diverse backgrounds who want to enter the decentralized technology space. Students work about 5 to 7 hours per week and receive a certificate upon successful completion that reflects their mastery of core blockchain fundamentals.
