Sustainability Standards Conference 2026

Description

On 18 May 2026, the third edition of the Sustainability Standards Conference will take place at Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. This year’s one-day event focuses on the road toward common sustainability standards against the backdrop of current worldwide challenges, as well as the real-world impact of sustainability disclosure. Participants from regulatory, academic, and industry backgrounds will discuss ways to overcome regulatory fragmentation and how coordination and harmonisation can support interoperability of standard-setting regimes.

The Sustainability Standards Conference is jointly organized by the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB), the Accounting Standards Committee of Germany (DRSC), Goethe University Frankfurt, the Leibniz Institute for Financial Research SAFE, the House of Finance and Deutsche Börse Group.
