Description

Transformation Mittelstand is an innovation program for medium-sized businesses in Hessen that helps companies define concrete transformation challenges and identify practical paths toward implementation. The program begins with an in-person workshop focused on clarifying key business problems, exploring possible solutions, and prioritizing the most relevant areas for action.

After that, participating companies can continue with strategy workshops and advisory support or work with TechQuartier to find suitable startup partners for specific innovation needs. The program focuses on areas such as artificial intelligence, automation, cybersecurity, new work, and compliance, with the goal of turning business challenges into actionable innovation projects.
