Description

Talents2Germany features Red Boumghar (CEO, celestical.eu) in this webinar on behavior-based monitoring for distributed tech teams—as a complementary solution for scaleups building global engineering teams.

What this webinar is about (EU cloud alternative + team-behavior monitoring)

* Cloud jurisdiction & sovereignty: where your infrastructure and logs sit affects auditability, incident response workflows, and what you can reliably enforce when something goes wrong.

* Team-behavior monitoring at scale: the fastest way to detect incidents in distributed teams is not “more dashboards,” but behavior-aware monitoring that turns logs into actionable alerts.

Global cloud agenda: Awareness → Sense → Act

* Awareness (coverage): what you must log in globally distributed teams (identity, access, data movement, privileged actions) and where typical blind spots appear (one-off admin actions, ad-hoc exports, “temporary” credentials).

* Sense (signal): how AI analysis correlates activity across services/users, tracks links between events, and reduces alert noise by learning normal team patterns.

* Act (response): practical action paths—meaningful alerts to the right owner, verification steps, escalation triggers, and what to block vs. what to monitor (example scenarios include suspicious bulk reads / database-dump patterns and unusual privilege changes).

Cost and performance specifics for global teams (not generic cloud talk)

* Network cost volatility: distributed access paths can make data transfer and cross-region traffic a hidden driver of bill unpredictability.

* Robotic / automated traffic: how to identify automated usage that ends up on your server bill and how monitoring separates legitimate workloads from cost-leaking noise.

* Ops approach: running containerized workloads with standard DevOps skills, minimizing provider-specific training overhead.

Trust layer for distributed teams

* Due diligence: practical checks that matter for distributed hiring and access provisioning.

* Training & upskilling: the minimum security/ops baseline that keeps distributed teams consistent across time zones.
