Deep Tech Award Ceremony 2026

Description

The Deep Tech Award Ceremony is the annual highlight of Berlin’s deep tech initiative. Since 2015, the award—presented by the State of Berlin—has recognized innovative Berlin-based companies and startups with a total prize fund of €50,000.

The award honors research-intensive products and solutions developed primarily in Berlin with high innovation and future potential. Startups can apply until February 13, 2026.

The ceremony takes place as part of Deep Tech Momentum in May 2026, celebrating excellence across categories including Artificial Intelligence, Bio & Healthtech, Advanced Manufacturing, Quantum Technologies, Photonics & Microelectronics, and Web3 & DLT.
