DARTE MiCAR Roundtable

Description

The DARTE Series, initiated by Mariana de la Roche Wills and Dr. Nina-Luisa Siedler, began as a platform to increase legal certainty around the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR). However, as the regulatory landscape for digital assets continues to evolve, the series has expanded its scope beyond MiCAR to include frameworks such as the Anti-Money Laundering Regulation (AMLR), the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), and other regulations shaping the future of digital assets. Furthermore, what started as an EU-focused initiative has now grown into a global effort, addressing regulatory challenges and opportunities worldwide.​

Through expert-led roundtables, the DARTE Series fosters in-depth discussions among industry leaders, regulators, and legal experts, producing public reports and concrete calls to action. By tackling the complexities of digital asset regulation across jurisdictions, the series promotes a harmonized and informed approach to compliance, innovation, and market development on a global scale.
