​The official AI Genesis Hackathon, The Largest AI Hackathon In The Middle East,

​ will take place on November 18–19, 2025, hosted both online and onsite at Festival Arena in Dubai. This global hybrid event returns as part of the lead-up to the /function1 AI Conference & Exhibition, bringing together AI builders, developers, and founders from across the world to prototype and pitch impactful real-world AI solutions.

​Participants will register their preferred Industry Tracks, each featuring a challenge to solve with guidance from expert mentors.

​Backed by /function1, the hackathon offers teams the opportunity to join a high-energy on-site build day and pitch live during the function1 conference in Dubai. Prizes and track sponsors to be announced.
