2025 Startup World Cup Asia Finale

Startup World Cup (SWC), a world-class entrepreneurship platform under Pegasus Tech Ventures, gathers world-class startups, VCs (venture capitalists), and CEOs of Fortune 500 companies. It also organizes regional pitches in more than 100 countries or regions around the globe every year.

As a major milestone in the SWC series, “ 2025 Startup World Cup Asia Finale”will be held in conjunction with AWS TechFest - Generative AI, a prestigious AWS technology event that provides startups with opportunities to go global. The top 3 teams from Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Macau, Thailand and Australia will be invited to compete for the championship. The champion will directly qualify for the “2025 Startup World Cup Grand Finale” to be held in Silicon Valley, the U.S. this October. The winner of the Grand Finale will receive a $1 million investment award.

The competition is organized by Pegasus Venture Capital, sponsored by Amazon Web Services (AWS) and supported by InvestHK. With the theme of “A Nexus of Global Excellence, Driving the Future”, the competition focuses on identifying high-potential entrepreneurial projects, and helps startups break through geographical boundaries by building a cross-border resource docking platform to accelerate both technological transformation and commercialization.
